   Our vision for the future includes achieving 50 percent organic growth as a company, which will enable us to strengthen our market position and enhance our operational efficiency. We aim to expand our portfolio to over 140 products, ensuring a diverse range that meets the evolving needs of our customers. Additionally, we plan to increase our presence in the private label category, offering tailored solutions that resonate with various consumer preferences. To further broaden our reach, we are committed to initiating sales outside of our region, allowing us to tap into new markets and drive our growth trajectory. This strategic approach will position us for sustained success and innovation in the industry.

FMCG Business Development

   We are excited to announce our plans to enhance our infrastructure significantly by constructing an additional warehouse facility of 7,500 square meters, designated as an "A" class warehouse in Tbilisi. This state-of-the-art facility will enable us to streamline our operations and improve our logistics capabilities. In addition, we aim to develop a comprehensive warehousing area of 15,000 square meters in Kutaisi, along with 3,000 square meters of commercial buildings. To meet the growing demand for temperature-sensitive products, we will also include a dedicated refrigeration zone of 1,500 square meters and a freezer section of 1,000 square meters. Our goal is to complete these developments by 2025, positioning us to better serve our customers and expand our market reach.

   We are excited to announce our ambitious plan to open up to 100 supermarkets across Georgia. This initiative will not only facilitate the selling and promotion of the products we distribute but also serve as a significant step toward generating substantial revenue. By establishing these supermarkets, we aim to enhance the visibility and accessibility of the products we own, creating a stronger connection with our consumers. Our goal is to complete this project by the second quarter of 2026, positioning us for growth and reinforcing our commitment to providing high-quality products throughout the region.

This area will not only promote Georgian wines but also serve as an educational platform for visitors to learn about wine while enjoying curated tastings paired with local cheeses.

   To enhance the experience, we will incorporate innovative hologram technology that activates when customers approach specific bottles, providing them with detailed information about the wine and its origins. Our goal is to elevate the presence and knowledge of wine in Georgia, creating a unique destination for wine enthusiasts and newcomers alike. This initiative represents our commitment to enriching the local wine culture and fostering a deeper appreciation for the art of winemaking.

Strengthening of our own production

   We are excited to announce our plans to expand our existing portfolio by adding a selection of new spirits and beverages. Our goal is to create our own rum sourced from the Caribbean, as well as develop our unique vodka. In addition, we aim to introduce six types of juices and our very own sweet wine by the middle of 2026. This strategic expansion will not only enhance our product offerings but also contribute to a comprehensive, full-category portfolio that meets the diverse tastes and preferences of our customers. By diversifying our range, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that resonate with consumers and strengthen our market presence.

This initiative reflects our commitment to honoring Georgian heritage while also innovating within the beverage industry. We believe that by focusing on quality and authenticity, we can create a product that resonates with both local consumers and international markets, further enhancing our portfolio of fine spirits.
